ABOUT US

At Blenheim Chalcot we use our ideas, infrastructure and people to create an innovation ecosystem which enables our people to turn disruptive ideas into innovative businesses. We originate the ideas ourselves, grow them from the ground up and take them through to exit. We build enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) products, powered by Generative AI and target industries which are exposed to market, regulatory or technology discontinuities. We have built businesses across the following sectors:

  • Financial Services
  • Education
  • Media and Marketing
  • Public Services and Health
  • Sports

Our track record has seen us build over 60 businesses over the last 25+ years, with portfolio revenues of over £500m, £600m of equity raised into the portfolio, more than 3,000 employees and exits in excess of £1bn.

Blenheim Chalcot has three global locations, London, Mumbai and Austin. Portfolio companies are headquartered from Scale Space, London, our 200,000 ft² collaboration space which was built as a joint venture with Imperial College London. Our Mumbai offices provide unparalleled scaling capability and technical expertise, and our U.S. operation in Austin powers the go-to-market activities of the portfolio across North America.

We are excited about the future opportunity that Gen AI technologies present, and believe, given our experience, innovation ecosystem and current market presence, that we are uniquely positioned to take advantage of these opportunities.

IMPACT BEYOND PROFIT

10% of our partnerships and ventures are charities. These include the British Asian Trust, BabyZone and Onside Youth Zones. In the same way that we support our ventures, our Partners provide direct hands-on support to these charities by being active board members and offering expert advice.

What Our Graduates Do at Blenheim Chalcot

At Blenheim Chalcot, graduates are placed directly into one of our portfolio businesses, where they contribute to high-impact work from day one. Unlike a traditional rotational scheme, our approach is shaped by the evolving needs of our ventures — which means the work our graduates do is varied, fast-paced, and business-critical.

Graduates typically work across areas such as:

  • Product: Supporting product development through user research, backlog refinement, feature design, and coordination with engineering teams.
  • Strategy and Operations: Assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and internal operational improvements.
  • Go-to-Market: Contributing to commercial plans, helping build outbound strategies, and supporting campaign execution across digital channels.
  • Data and Insight: Gathering and interpreting data to support decision-making, reporting on performance, and identifying areas for optimisation.

Projects are often linked to real-time priorities, such as launching new products, scaling customer success functions, or implementing new GenAI-led initiatives.

Development and Community

All graduates are enrolled on:

  • BC Adventurers: A 15-month development programme focused on building entrepreneurial and operational capability. Training covers business fundamentals including finance, storytelling, and venture building. The programme concludes with a Graduate Venture Challenge — a cross-portfolio group project focused on solving a real business challenge.
  • Graduate Community Programme: A structured community experience involving monthly touchpoints, socials, and mentorship from experienced colleagues within the portfolio.

Graduates are also supported by:

  • Centre for GenAI Innovation: An internal initiative offering exposure to cutting-edge GenAI applications across the portfolio, supporting experimentation, implementation, and capability building.
  • Product Academy (Mumbai): All graduates are enrolled in this foundational programme to develop the skills, tools, and frameworks needed to contribute to the development of B2B SaaS products.
