Our flagship site is a 200,000 sq. ft joint venture with Imperial College London, in the heart of West London’s fastest growing innovation cluster – the White City Innovation District. Scale Space is a thriving community which supports the majority of Blenheim Chalcot’s portfolio businesses, as well as other innovative companies in the tech, digital and life sciences sectors. We help our member companies to be successful by connecting them with the right resources, support, and space they need to grow and succeed.

Our community currently spans across three buildings; Scale Space White City, I-HUB, and Scale Space Nottingham – comprising c.400,000 sq. ft of space under management in total.

Our ultimate goal is to establish ourselves as one of the best innovation ecosystems in the World. Scale Space won “Incubator / Coworking space of the year” at the 2024 West London Business Awards.
