Our flagship site – a 200,000 sq. ft state-of-the art building in the heart of the White City Innovation District – opened in 2020 and is now a thriving community which supports the majority of Blenheim Chalcot’s portfolio businesses, as well as other innovative companies in the tech, digital and life sciences sectors. We help our member companies to be successful, by connecting them with the right resources, support, and space they need to grow and succeed.
Our community currently spans across three buildings; Scale Space White City, I-HUB, and Scale Space Nottingham – comprising c.400,000 sq. ft of space under management in total.
Our ultimate goal is to establish ourselves as one of the best innovation ecosystems in the World.
